- Road base has not been included to also turn right and road base over to the stables. If required, will be an extra
- Anymore slotted drain needed will be an extra
- $150 per hour will be added if any other services need to be located after the dial before you dig plans are established
- Material to be carted off site
- If services are damaged that did not appear on the dial before you dig plans, repairing them will be an extra passed on to the property owner
