Following the February floods that went about one meter into the top story of this office building located in the Lismore CBD we needed to completely start again. The space is about 465 square meters over two levels. We created a new staff lunchroom and seating area, created individual offices and open plan work areas upstairs. On the ground level we renovated the reception area, meeting rooms and internal stairway. The new design included incorporating timber feature battening, epoxied floors and warehouse style brickwork.
