This architecturally designed house is a modern take on a family home and draws inspiration from its coastal location and the owners love of contemporary design. The home is essentially two wings with a breezeway connecting the first wing of the open plan kitchen, sitting room, dining, outdoor living to the second wing. This second wing encompasses a large media room, recessed laundry, bathroom, powder room and three bedrooms including the master with ensuite, beautiful custom made walk in robe and its own private deck. We worked closely with the clients and their architect throughout the build and with the benefit of being a custom build they were able to make changes as they saw the building take shape.
